VYRE plans to bridge the gap between quality content and global viewership by creating new opportunities!
From November 9th to November 13th, VYRE Network will be hosting its yearly film festival virtually!
Dedicated to discovering and showcasing talent from across the globe, the winners of the VYRE Film Festival “#VFF3” are helped with distribution challenges, marketing costs, and even possible future production assistance. The categories up for awards include documentaries, short films, features, and series. With a little less than a month to go, film and TV submissions have already doubled since last
year’s festival and is expected to increase as it nears the final deadline on October 26th. This year, the event will be held in person and will include workshops and activities that will provide opportunities for networking and obtaining industry knowledge. There will be free “VYRE Creators” classes for filmmakers, scriptwriters, editors, and scoring specialists to further improve and work on their craft. To end the night, the award ceremony will be livestreamed to audiences across the world where the founders, David Hill and Lamar Seay, will present the winners in each category.
President, CEO and Co-Founder of VYRE Network, David Hill has been working in the marketing and media industry for close to 25 years. Having acquired a taste for the entertainment industry, Hill focused his energy and ambition into creating his first magazine publication, True Magazine, in 1997. Since then, Hill’s media empire has expanded to include four national magazines which has created opportunities for him to work with notable artists such as Kanye West, Rihanna, and Justin Timberlake. He has also collaborated with noteworthy brands such as Absolut Vodka, True Religion, and Redbull.
With a drive for creating the next big thing, COO and Co-Founder of Vyre Network, Lamar Seay boasts an equally impressive list of achievements and experience across the board. After serving as an accountant in the United States Marines, Seay transitioned into subcontracting his services to companies like MySpace, The Hollywood Reporter, Nielsen, and various organizations throughout Los Angeles. Seay is an entrepreneur, visionary, and connector with a keen-eye for
finding diamonds-in-the-rough from a project driven standpoint that guarantees success.
Together, these two created what is known as VYRE Network, an online streaming service that seeks to become the most relevant content platform for those of all ages, backgrounds, and interests. You can find all sorts of content which include movies, short films, documentaries, sports, live fights, and even live concerts. The company divides itself into three operational divisions that spearhead distribution, live stream, and studio & productions, respectively. With this approach, they are able to find, fund, and create original projects which they make possible through the film festival.
